Set bi-annual sales revenue and design registration objectives with strategic distribution partners

Conduct QBRā€™s with strategic distributors in order to measure demand creation performance in terms of ā€œplan Vs. actual numbersā€

Real time Field support at the top ten OEM design accounts for each distributor prioritized by ROI

Create and manage sales promotions with strategic distributors to drive mind share and market share at the branch level

Collaborate and follow up on new customer leads and prospects generated on a real time basis

Manage design registration programs and arbitrate when necessary

PPAP/PSW/IMDS compliance for all Customers (Mexico customers with worldwide locations)

ā€¢ Administrate all customer PPAP/PSW/IMDS requests
ā€¢ Customer visits and conference calls to follow up and review approval status for all PPAP documents

PCN/SCR compliance for all customers. (Mexico customers with worldwide locations)

  • Administrate all Product Change Notices gather all information available about the change requests
  • Create SCRs in each customer system, respond to all questions and submit for approval
  • Administrate sample requests from every affected customer location (Worldwide) and follow up on delivery and testingresults
  • Customer visits and bi-weekly conference calls to follow up on the PCN/SCR approval process.
  • Administrate all interim approvals and follow up on due dates to request extensions as needed until final approval isreceived
  • Review rejected SCRs and find an alternative to obtain approval (Request PCN modifications or addendums)

Customer Special Requirements

ā€¢ Understand and comply with all customer special requirements regarding quality documents / F.A.

Quality problems (Customer complaints)

ā€¢ Manage all Customer quality complaints, follow up and provide initial response, F.A. and final response until all necessary procedures and all solutions have been resolved

ā€¢ PPAP/PSW/IMDS submissions to customers for approval tracking and document control
ā€¢ PCN/SCR/Interim approval and Samples submissions to customers for approval tracking and document control
